Express Delivery:
Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day and delivered within 1 working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Standard Delivery:
Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day and delivered within 2 – 4 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2-4 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Shipping is charged at £8.99 per 25 KG for express delivery. (Next Day)
Shipping is charged at £5.99 for orders up to 15KG with standard delivery. (2-4 Days)
Please note any order above 15KG will have to be sent via express delivery.
For orders exceeding 25 kg, an additional fee of £7.99 will be applied for each extra box, up to a maximum of 25 KG.
Customers have up to 14 days to notify us of a return and an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Fresh fruit and vegetable items are exempt from this policy. For these items, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by a picture of the item in question.
Refunds will be issued once the provided image is reviewed and approved.
The cost of returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link via DHL.
